Engr. Austin Okonkwo is a seasoned QA/QC professional with over 19 years of experience in petroleum, agro-allied commodities, and metals & minerals inspection. He has served as a Petroleum Inspector and Cargo Superintendent with leading petroleum and cargo vessel companies, and for nearly seven years has directed metals and mineral inspection operations, covering rare earth metals, ferrous and non-ferrous commodities, as well as minor minerals.

At Access Fulcrum Limited, he oversees technical planning, drafts operational SOPs integrating LME, MMTA, ISO, and in-house trade patterns, and leads interventions in pre-shipment inspections, onsite mining supervision, data collection, and gate-in of export commodities. His leadership ensures rigorous compliance with international QA/QC standards, while maintaining strict accountability frameworks and guaranteeing that client objectives, bespoke specifications, and special instructions are executed with precision.
